History

Established in 1983 by Late Mr.Manivel, VJP was started as an Aluminium Sand casting foundry to manufacture compressor components with a handful of employees
The company grew into a full fledged completely finished mechanical components manufacturer with end to end process and testing facilities

From 100 gms to more than 100 kgs per component, VAF Def-Aero Systems Private Limited has both techical and process capability to manufacture aluminium castings in low and high volumes

The plant is situated in Coimbatore, which is an industrial city of South India. All process from Gravity die casting, Sand casting, Heat Treatment, Surface blasting, Radiography, Fluid penetrant, Machining, Tool making and all required testing equipments are available inhouse.

We provide high-precision Defense Castings, aerospace castings, gravity die casting, sand casting aluminum and Greensand casting for a broad range of performance-critical industries. As one of the pioneer aluminium casting manufacturers we carry out Liquid Penetrant Testing and Dye Penetrant test in house. Our high quality standards have gained us numerous approvals.
